Flats 

Even flats tended towards the pointy and were equally bright. When it came to shoes that did offer more comfort, such as sneakers, Converse high tops were hugely popular and came in an array of colors and patterns. Some fashion-forward wild types wore two different Converse as part of an eclectic outfit. Outfits that matched or were subtle tended not to be seen so much in the 1980s.
